Safeguarding and Respect
Churches use Aurnet with people of all ages, including potentially vulnerable members. Treat others with respect, follow your church's safeguarding guidance, and report any content or behaviour that raises a safeguarding concern to your church's designated safeguarding lead, and to the authorities where someone may be at risk. If a message or conversation is reported, or Aurnet's safety checks notice a possible risk to a child, your church's safeguarding lead can read that conversation. Every time they do, it is recorded with the reason. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Enforcement
Churches can moderate content within their community, and Aurnet may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access where this policy is breached. Serious matters may be reported to relevant authorities. We aim to act proportionately and, where appropriate, give notice.
Reporting and Contact
Report abuse or policy breaches to your church administrator or to support@aurnet.co.uk. For urgent safeguarding or safety risks, contact your local emergency services or relevant authority first.
