The church builds its own reading plan, from a template library or from scratch, and sets it for everyone. At 7am on day one the whole church is told the plan has started. After that, a morning reminder goes to anyone who has started reading and hasn't yet read that day's passage. Everyone is on the same passage each day.
Each day the whole church is on the same reading, with an intro and questions when the church adds them.
My Notes are only visible to the member. Church Notes are visible to everyone in that church, and only that church.
Each member marks the day done and keeps their own reading streak.
Yes, Bible plans are on every plan, Free included.
Church Notes are notes, not a chat thread: people read each other's notes on the same passage.
