Suppliers count different things (contacts, members, people), and some prices include VAT while others don't. Compare like with like on each supplier's own page.
What tends to matter at this size
- A rota people actually see. At Aurnet, the rota is on each person's phone, with their next slot and a reminder at 7pm the evening before and 7am on the day.
- One place for the week. People, rotas, giving, events, sermons and chat in one system, run from one web admin.
- Reading together. The church sets a Bible reading plan, and everyone reads the same passage each day, with their own notes.
- Permissions. Department and group leaders can manage their own teams without church-wide admin access, and giving records are seen only by the finance and trustee roles and the church admin.
- Children's check-in. On Aurnet, Starter and above include it: on iPhone now and on Android with the next release, with the rules and registers in the web dashboard.
Being fair about Aurnet
At 250 people, Aurnet's Growth plan costs more than several of the options above. It also adds the website builder, event ticketing and sermon series. Our giving fee (3.5% + 20p, card processing included) is higher than some. We're a new company (incorporated January 2026), with no published case studies yet. The free plan (up to 30 members) is one way to try it with a few leaders first.
